We are a Swiss-Thai married couple and are behind Nomadlaw. Many of the challenges, legal questions and everyday hurdles our clients bring to us are very familiar to us from our own experience. It is precisely this personal experience that motivated us to create Nomadlaw and to support the Thai community in Switzerland as well as Swiss people in Thailand.

Yves Gogniat – Attorney at Law | Founder

Yves Gogniat is admitted as an attorney in Switzerland and is the founder of Nomadlaw. As a Swiss-Thai couple, he and his partner live the cross-border realities between Switzerland and Thailand themselves, this personal experience shapes the entire advisory philosophy of Nomadlaw.

With many years of legal practice, he brings in-depth expertise in international legal matters with a particular focus on the Switzerland–Thailand interface. He regularly advises binational couples, Thai families in Switzerland, Swiss nationals in Thailand, and companies with cross-border activities

His approach: explain complex matters in an understandable way, handle them in a structured manner, and accompany clients in a solution-oriented way.

Saengrawi Gogniat

Administration and Project Management

Saengrawi Gogniat is the organizational and communicative backbone of Nomadlaw. With her structured working style and experience in coordinating complex processes, she ensures efficient workflows and personal client care

Her previous work as a physician and a master’s degree in medical informatics give her a strong sense of precision and clear communication. In parallel, she organizes medical travel to Thailand through VacayMedi.

At Nomadlaw she handles project coordination, client care, and actively supports communication and translation (Thai ↔ German ↔ English). On her Facebook page “Good Life in Swiss” she regularly shares authentic insights into life in Switzerland.
